The 6th graders wrote creative fables in English and they recreated them visually in this project. They chose a character from their story and made a poster of that character in Photoshop. Each student learned how to find images from the web and place them into a new document. The class also learned how to pick and choose particular pieces from an image and place it into another photo. They learned layers, various selection and manipulation tools and how to print on larger paper.
